If you’re looking for a healthy homemade bread full of flavor, this multigrain walnut bread is the perfect choice. Ideal for breakfast or snacks, it combines the crunchy texture of walnuts with the nutritious touch of chia seeds.
1 kg all-purpose flour (type 65)
200 ml milk
300 ml water
100 ml olive oil
80 g yeast
20 g salt
Walnuts, to taste
Chia seeds, to taste
Place the flour and salt in a mixer.
Gradually add the milk and water mixture (200 ml + 300 ml) along with the walnuts, mixing well each time.
When the dough is almost ready, add the yeast. The dough is ready when it starts to pull away from the mixer blades.
Remove the dough from the mixer and sprinkle your work surface with flour.
Prepare the baking pan by dusting it with flour. Place the dough in the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and decorate with walnuts. Sprinkle with chia seeds as desired.
Bake in a bio oven for 7 to 10 minutes (adjust the time according to your oven).
Once baked, slice and spread with your favorite jam.
